"Repentance is the hand releasing those filthy objects it had previously clung to so tenaciously. Faith is extending an empty hand to God to receive His gift of grace. Repentance is a godly sorrow for sin. Faith is receiving a sinner's Saviour. Repentance is revulsion of the filth and pollution of sin. Faith is a seeking of cleansing there-from. Repentance is the sinner covering his mouth and crying, “Unclean, unclean!” Faith is the leper coming to Christ and saying, “Lord, if You will, You can make me clean.”
When you take a look at your life are you repenting or are you acting in Faith?
Prior to your inner man changing there has to be some repentance taking place. You have to want to be free from ALL UNCLEAN things in your life.. After you repent of those bad things, you act as a leper and as the LORD "if you will, make me clean". When we are changed on the inner we can counteract all negative things that rise up against us. We respond opposite of ignorance when ignorance approaches. We respond in LOVE when HURT approaches us. We even respond in SILENCE as SILENCE is often times our LOUDEST VOICE. Silence, allows us to hear from the HOLY SPIRIT. I ask you today? Is there an inner change in you?
